Hello Gerald,

I noticed that you telephoned at 3:33 PM yesterday. I love your style. I really tried to be near the phone, but you are realizing that my telephobia is very real. In front of a computer solving problems is my world, not talking on phones. Many times on contract my phone would ring and I would not even be aware that it was ringing. This happened all the time at Honda, as there was a group phone for us software developers. They got on my case for not answering it, so I quit and left the contract immediately. I had finished the computer software for engine development, anyways (summer of 1994).

I have taken the initiative of filling out the form for the 501(c)(3) and published it on line. The world is far too dependent on the internet. You know everyone needs to appreciate that I am giving up my life of leisure and retirement to solve these problems with the internet. I am not interested in fame. I am still a bit rattled about what happened this past weekend, and I do think that the USA is excessively violent. I am distracted by the Molotov Cocktail thrown at Sam Altman's estate. I am seeking buffering, and being in that secluded property is ideal. I want to move to the property ASAP. I provided you as a contact on the form, should they have a million questions. For everyone reading this, look at my resume/CV. Is there anyone in the world better qualified to spot a potential problem with a large computer system than me? The internet is on borrowed time. This is becoming fact before our eyes.

I do plan to check my tricerian@proton.me email one more time on Friday. Three things need to be there otherwise I am walking away from this to pursue other avenues for my interests.

1. I want an email from the Ohio Secretary of State with my EIN
2. Second, I want an approval for my application for Tricerian recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
3. I want an email from the NSF indicating that funding has been approved in full and that a check is being sent to Tricerian's P.O. Box and should arrive within a week

If these three emails are not in my in box, then, it's been fun, but I moving on. I spent the last two and half years trying to get the CEO position at Apple. My time is far too valuable to waste it with 'red tape' and bureaucracy. People will have to respect that and work with me within my comfort zone, otherwise I am not interested.

Regards,
William T. Voris

Proposed Director of Tricerian Research Center

IRS and NSF Directives from William T. Voris Director of Tricerian Research Center

(highest priority news item in the nation is here)

Attention IRS - You’ve asked for feedback, so here it is. The position of IRS Commissioner has been unfilled since April 2026, following the end of Acting Commissioner Scott Bessent's term. Currently, Frank J. Bisignano oversees the IRS as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), managing daily operations and reporting directly to the Treasury Secretary. The IRS is often met with disdain or trepidation, if not both. Given the absence of a decision-maker in this role, I am stepping up to advocate on behalf of the American people. I request the immediate approval of my application for Tricerian Research Center to be recognized as a 501(c)(3). My political affiliations, whether Democrat or Republican, are irrelevant to you, just as are my endorsements or support for any political candidates. The excessive regulations, guidelines, and forms are definitely hindering the best interests of this country. Stay out of my business and allow me the freedom to innovate!!! The chances of my success with the Nebula project are slim, and I will require every possible advantage to achieve it. I expect prompt confirmation of my 501(c)(3) approval either through my operative at LegalZoom or the IRS directly. Failure to do so may jeopardize the sovereignty of the United States.

Attention NSF - Similar to the challenges faced at the IRS, securing the role of NSF Director is nearly unachievable. I have encapsulated, intimidated and discouraged at least three candidates from pursuing the position over the last 25 years. All I seek is approval for my proposals. Yet, the response has been a constant game of shifting responsibility, with individuals hiding behind outdated procedures and overlooking the significant contributions I offer to this nation. As of April 2026, the position of Director at the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) remains officially vacant following the resignation of Dr. Sethuraman Panchanathan in April 2025. Currently, Mr. Brian Stone is acting as Chief of Staff and fulfilling the Director's responsibilities. President Trump has nominated Jim O'Neill, a former HHS official and biotech investor, but his confirmation is still pending. Mr. Stone, just as I have communicated to Mr. Bisignano, you both must approve my requests on my timeline, adhering to my established protocols. I do not have time for any further delays; should matters not align with my directives, consequences will be severe, and you may find yourselves more reviled than historical figures like Adolf Hitler. As we approach a critical juncture for the internet, which is teetering on the brink in this AI era, the devastating impact on the S&P 500 will weigh heavily on your conscience. I trust you understand the gravity of this situation. Therefore, to whoever reads this, please ensure these individuals grasp that the trajectory of America's technological future hangs in the balance this Friday, contingent upon their support or indifference.

What breakthrough in AI? There is only one breakthrough in AI and it is the Cybernetic Paradigm of Threes. You tiresome money grubbing investors. The focus of the entire AI industry is here. It will always be here. The best thing the Mag 7 and investors can do is hope that I choose them as a sponsor. My advice to you, shut up and get a life. Waste my time with this drivel...

This is AI brilliance, but it is also

exceptionally troubling. For my views as to why, you'll need to read Tricerian's first newsletter.
